Founded in 2013, Taher El Khouly & Partners Law Firm (TK Law Firm) is a full service, independent law firm based in New Cairo, 5th Settlement. TK & Partners offers a spectrum of legal services across a comprehensive range of practice areas that are critical to the success of our clients. TAHER EL-KHOULY
MANAGING PARTNER AND FOUNDER
Counselor Khouly is the Founder and Partner of Taher El-Khouly & Partners Law Firm. He is the Head of the firm's criminal practice group and an expert in Civil and Commercial Cases as well as contracts.
Before founding the firm, Counselor Khouly held several judicial positions for more than 25 years [1988—2013]. He was a former District Attorney – Maadi Prosecution [1988—1996]. Then he held the position of Chief Justice in Kasr El Nile Court [1996—2000]. He was Counselor at the Technical Office of Court of Cassation [2000—2002].
Counselor Khouly was appointed as the General Attorney Prime Counselor – Supreme State Security Prosecution [2002—2012]. Also, he got appointed to be the Chief of Cairo Court [2012—2013]. Counselor Taher El Khouly holds an LLM from Faculty of Law, Cairo University in 1996. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Cairo University in 1982
